I am a Senior AI/ML Scientist currently based in Wolfsburg, Germany. I bring over 8 years of experience in the MedTech industry across Germany, the UAE, and India. My expertise is rooted in more than 15 years of scientific research in advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, computer vision, medical data analysis, and data security. I focus on developing innovative, AI-powered solutions that address critical challenges in healthcare, with a proven track record in building regulatory-compliant products like diagnostic tools and rehabilitation platforms.

My work involves the research and development of AI-driven healthcare technologies, with a specialization in medical diagnostics, rehabilitation, and the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT). I have extensive experience leading the development of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and ensuring these innovations comply with stringent industry regulations such as ISO 13485 and EU MDR to achieve CE certification for market readiness and patient safety. Throughout my career, I have contributed to advancements in AI and healthcare through various high-impact roles:

  • As a Data Scientist at KRIAN GmbH in Germany, I have designed and delivered AI-driven SaMD for orthopaedic diagnostics, rehabilitation, and pain detection.
  • As the Head of Research and Development at Prognica Labs in Dubai, I led the creation of AI-powered diagnostic tools that leverage deep learning on mammograms and ultrasound images to improve breast cancer screening accuracy.
  • As an Independent Consultant for Ennoventure Technologies in India, I developed cryptography-integrated algorithms and Generative AI frameworks to authenticate pharmaceutical packaging and prevent counterfeiting.

In these roles, I have successfully developed and deployed AI systems that utilize computer vision and secure data handling to enhance medical imaging and diagnostics. My extensive experience in developing SaMD is complemented by a deep understanding of medical device regulations, including EU MDR and ISO 13485. I am adept at creating technical documentation, authoring clinical study protocols, and managing validation and testing workflows to ensure that AI-based healthcare solutions meet the highest standards of patient safety and data security for global market access.

My academic foundation includes a Doctorate in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and I have over six years of teaching experience at engineering institutions in Gujarat, India. This background strengthens my ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical applications.
